What do I do if my package arrives damaged?
STOP! Please follow these steps below in order to ensure proper handling of your claim. We insure all of our items for the full purchase price. Any items that are received damaged or missing contents from the shipping courier are to be reported to us within 24-48hrs of receipt. We will instruct you on the proper steps that need to be taken in order to file a warranty claim. Do not discard any of the packaging or inside contents at anytime during the claims process. Do not ship any warranty or damaged items back to our facility without proper RMA approval first.
