What is your exchange, refund and return policy?

All items must be returned within the stated "Warranty" time frame as per the listing description on each product page. All items returned within 30 days are eligible for a refund, exchange or store credit.

Cellular Devices

All items must be returned within the stated "Warranty" time frame as per the listing description on each product page. All items returned within 30 days are eligible for a refund, exchange or store credit (fees may apply). Items with an extended warranty time frame are covered by replacement starting after the 30 day initial time frame. Please allow 48-72 business hours from receipt for product inspection and refund processing. There will be a 15% restocking fee for all items that are returned/canceled for any other reason than a malfunction/defect/error. All items purchased on our site in error and canceled prior to shipping are subject to a 5% administrative fee (We only apply this fee towards cellular devices due to the fee we pay for security review of all cellular device transactions).

All cellular phone purchases are covered under our Unlocked Cells Guarantee. If a defective device is received, Unlocked Cells will supply a pre-paid return shipping label for a replacement device. If the 2nd device is defective a refund will be granted (within 30 days of receipt after initial payment). All devices are covered by our warranty from the date that they are received. Replacement devices are covered from the date that they are received extending the initial warranty time frame.

All returns and exchanges require prior approval and must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form. Please login to your account and go to My Returns and request an RMA.

PLEASE NOTE: All unlocked devices on our site are compatible with any carriers that we mention in our listings. Due to the complex nature of unlocked phones, carrier plans & MVNO’s, Unlocked Cells only guarantees our unlocked devices for voice, text and data compatibility. It is the buyer’s responsibility to check with their carrier prior to purchase if certain features, applications, updates & data speeds may or may not work with unlocked devices. All unlocked devices need to be configured upon receipt to work with a carrier if the device was not originally manufactured for that carrier. All devices that we advertise as "New" on our website are guaranteed to be in such condition. We do not guarantee that any New device will come with a manufacturers warranty. Our inventory comes from overstock lots which are not purchased directly from the manufacturer.

There will be a $9.99 service charge (per device) for any exchange/upgrade devices that will better suite your carrier's compatibility.

This policy excludes incidental damages caused by mishandling, altering the original factory ROM such as rooting, installing custom recovery, custom ROM or 3rd party apps.
